The Company is experienced in all forms of heating design, including hydronic, steam, oil and gas burners and has been particularly instrumental in the successful completion of boiler upgrades/conversion contracts owned by the New York City School Construction Authority.

Pelham, NY - Installation of 140 tons of Mitsubishi City Multi Geothermal Heat Pump System, which heats and cools 33,500 sq. ft. of church facility

Purchase College - SUNY

Purchase, NY - Multiple HVAC installations and repairs throughout the college buildings with the latest being the replacement of 12 boilers in their residential buildings.

Greenburgh Housing

White Plains, NY - Upgrade of their hot water system and the installation of building drains.

Grace Terrace

Mt. Vernon, NY - Installation of complete HVAC equipment in 10-story building.
